CASBALL - Hawaiian Invitational Tournament Honolulu

SIGN UP INFORMATION
We are taking registrations for the NOV 2-5 2009 CASBALL - Hawaiian Invitational Tournament.

To sign up your team, send an EMAIL to HITHONOLULU@comcast.net with the following information:

TEAM NAME - Airline - CITY

Team Captain's Name, email address, and a phone contact.

Complete the preliminary roster form on the web site.

We will add you to the list and contact you with further information.  Team SLOTS will be assigned from the list on a first PAID basis.

COST - TBD  (Tournament Entry Fee)      We are evaluating tournament costs and will announce the entry fee cost as soon as it is determined.  This ENTRY fee covers costs for umpires, balls, field reservation, and other costs in hosting and running the tournament.

Number of TEAMS - TBD     MINIMUM  8 TEAMS  -  MAXIMUM TEAMS - TBD  We will most likely need to limit team entries, so let us know ASAP that you will be entering a team.  As soon as the tournament fee is established,  Team slots will be assigned from the list on a first PAID basis.

NO TEAM? NO PROBLEM - If you'd like to play but don't have a team, we can sign you up as a free agent and try to match you up with a team that needs players.  Please complete the FREE AGENT FORM on the web site.

Eligilability:

This is an INVITATIONAL tournament designed to bring airline people together in a social and competitive spirit.  Team eligibility will be at the sole discretion of the tournament directors.  There will be no on field protests, but a decision can be made to eject a team (or player(s)) from the tournament or elect to not invite a team for future tournaments with unacceptable rosters.  All players MUST be at least 18 years old.
