Free Agent Sign Up Form
This form is to collect information from players that don't have a team, but would like to try to be matched up with a team. A list will be generated that will facilitate communication directly between team captain's and prospective players. There are no guarantees that a match will be found, but we will try to fill teams with interested players. Please answer all questions so we can help teams and players find a good fit.
